01 Nov 2013 November really snuck up on us quick, especially the snow in many parts of the country. With November here, it's finally (unless you hate the holidays, then not finally) time to start preparing for the Holiday Season. The actual Holidays of Thanksgiving, Christmas, Hanukkah and The New Year only take up a few days. It's nearly impossible to do too much long lasting damage in only a few days. The bigger problem lies in ditching those healthy diet and exercise habits you've worked so hard to build up.
